America Online's files put information at your fingertips.  To access these files press command-/ at any time within the America Online application.  

Other types of help will be available to you once you are signed on to America Online.

WHAT'S NEW AND ONLINE SUPPORT DEPARTMENT

If you experience difficulties,  you can send electronic mail to America Online.  Just use the e-mail address "CS Manager," which is already in your personal Address Book (select it from the "Compose Mail" form).  You'll receive a confidential answer by electronic mail within two business days from one of our experienced Customer Relations  representatives.  You'll also find help in the  Members' Online Guide in this department, which contains all the information on how to use America Online.

America Online.  Click on the Help button to receive instant help about the area you're using.

GUIDES

Our online "Guides" will assist you with your questions.  They are experienced computer users who spend their time helping America Online members enjoy and get the most out of the service.  Guides can be found during evening hours in the People Connection Lobby.  To get there quickly, type Command-L.
